The dining room accommodates 6 people for breakfast and a Keurig single serve coffee maker with a large selection of gourmet coffees and teas is always available.

The spacious sitting room has a comfortable couch, oversized leather chair, leather recliner, a 36" Digital HD Flat Screen TV, a wood burning fireplace, and a Wii game console with a variety of games available for use.

The office area has a large desk, internet access (WiFi is available throughout the house), printer-fax-copier, and a telephone available for those last minute work details.  There is also a large loveseat to relax on while drinking coffee or reading the morning paper.

Enjoy breakfast or an afternoon refreshment on the large covered patio which has a table with 4 comfortable chairs and a bar with 2 bar stools (no alcoholic beverages are served, but feel free to bring your own).  There is also a fire pit at the other end of the patio for those cooler fall evenings. The private, serene setting here is sure to relax even the most stressed out traveler!
