House Rules

• The Woodhill Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor patio, weather permitting.
   
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.
   
• We are not set up to accommodate young children or pets - sorry!
   
• Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or restrictions in advance; we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
   
• Reservations are required, and rooms must be guaranteed with a major credit card; we will gather this information over the telephone when confirming your room. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
   
• Check-in time is 3:00- 6:00 PM (unless arranged otherwise); Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
   
• All rates are for double occupancy, and are subject to state and local taxes.
   
• There are resident pets.  However, they do not have access to any guest rooms or common areas (exception: outdoor backyard and patio area) - please let us know if you have any allergies!
   

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least one week prior to arrival date. Guests reservations cancelled in 4-6 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total room cost of the stay. Cancellations with in 48 hours of scheduled arrival will require full payment unless the room can be rented to another guest. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
